Foraging walks with Liz Knight
Anybody can enjoy the back-to-nature activity of foraging. Liz Knight is one of the country’s leading wild food experts. Teaching foraging workshops and running an acclaimed wild food business Forage. Her ambrosial, globally influenced recipes from her book ‘Forage: Wild plants to gather and eat’ have led many sceptics to eat their words and their weeds.
Liz’s foraging walks and workshops are a high energy experience of all things wild and flora. Foraging walks are a 2 hour experience with Liz, picking, tasting and exploring the culture and history of wild food. Following a foraging walk Liz offers a variety of workshops, from wild food cooking and a cocktail masterclass to making wild health and skincare products. Walks and workshops can be for up to 12 people and can be held at Lower House Farm, Old Great Marlborough or many other areas in the Black Mountains.
