Gabe Cook is The Ciderologist – an award-winning global cider expert changing the way people think and drink cider. He has more than seventeen years’ experience within the global cidery industry, working in the UK, New Zealand, Norway, the US and beyond.
Herefordshire is the world’s largest cider apple growing and cider making region. It is home to the world's largest cider production facility (HP Bulmer in Hereford), the largest producer of cider made with freshly pressed juice (Westons in Much Marcle), a wealth of artisanal producers and a heritage dating back centuries.
There is a fabulous opportunity for the story, the taste and the experience of Herefordshire cider (and perry) to be brought to life through tastings and tours; and Gabe is the person to do it! These experiences are privately run for your group only, giving a luxurious and bespoke feel. As well as the tastings and tours, Gabe is willing to create other tailor made experiences that suit your specific cider needs!

WildJac Distillery
WildJac create premium botanical spirits with natural ingredients foraged from the Wyre Forest and surrounding land. Whether you want to taste their range at your own pace, or whether you would like someone to come out and guide you through their products, WildJac are happy to come up with a package to suit your needs.

Taster boxes - WildJac’s range includes a range of gins, rums, non-alcoholic spirits and a citrus vodka. 20cl and 50cl taster boxes are available to pre-order and can be waiting for you when you arrive.
Tasting Sessions - WildJac will send out one of their resident experts to guide you through a tasting session through their range of products.
Cocktail Master Class - Guided by one of their resident mixologists, you and your fellow guests will get the opportunity to shake and mix your own cocktails, using WildJac’s signature spirits.
